Privacy policy
What we collect
Name, email, phone, country, delivery location, a copy of your driver's license and booking details. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Why
To deliver your rental, verify you can legally ride, contact you about your booking, comply with Costa Rican law and, if you came through an agent, credit that agent's finder's fee (agents only see your first name and booking dates).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. License copies are deleted 12 months after your rental unless needed for an open claim.
